Self-Directed Search Questionnaire

The Self-Directed Search is one of the most common interest inventories. It was designed by Dr. John Holland. The SDS divides the world of work into six areas: Realistic; Investigative; Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. These categories are referred to by their initials as RIASEC. By taking the SDS on line you receive your own RIASEC code and related-careers.
